A Blog About the Bookstores of Bloomington
For my final project in ILS Z-681 (The History of the Book 1800-Present) I wanted to take some time writing about the local bookstores. Bloomington is unique in that (as of my writing this) it's a reasonably sized city with only independent bookstores. I created this blog as a way to learn some basic html/css skills (something I've been meaning to do for awhile) and to take the opportunity to better explore my town! As a student in Library Sciences, it should come as no suprise that I tend to get my books through libraries. Even still, After many years of living here I felt I was missing out on some of what Bloomington has to offer by never checking out any of its bookstores.
