Secret Sailor Books

Named by Boxcar as a precursor, Secret Sailor books was an infoshop, bookstore, and event space. The only trace I could find of them online was their truly hideous website, worse even than mine! You can view the delightful old-web eyesore in all its glory here. The store was politically active, organizing local marches, working with Pages to Prisoners as a volunteer space, and printing zines. They also hosted music acts in the space, judging by the final calendar posted on their website.
